The Heath Week partnership is the sole owner of any information collected. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from that disclosed in this statement.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you, this includes details about your race, ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
When opting in to receive specific correspondence about the Heath Week partnership and associated activities we will request your name, email address and interest in individual organisations within the partnership (Devon Wildlife Trust, RSPB, Pebblebed Heaths Conservation Trust, Wild East Devon). This information is gathered to enabled us to contact you with relevant articles and information pertaining to your interest.

We will only process information that is necessary for the purpose for which it has been collected. You will be asked if you wish to receive newsletters about Heath Week or from the four organisations in the parntership (Devon Wildlife Trust, RSPB, Pebblebed Heaths Conservation Trust, Wild East Devon) you always have the option not to receive this communication from us (and you can withdraw your consent or object at any time).
